The Military Veteran Executive Search Firm: For Veterans, By Veterans

Our Story
The firm was founded by Brendan Aronson and Tim Hsia on the conviction that elite military veterans are exceptional business leaders and that high-growth companies need better access to them. Over decades of placing veteran leaders, we have learned that outstanding outcomes do not come from algorithms or databases alone but from relationships, deep listening and genuine partnership.
We built TheMilVet around intensive understanding of both clients and candidates. We listen closely to business needs, culture and risk tolerance and we take the same care to understand each candidate’s aspirations, strengths and leadership style.
Elite leadership. Battle-tested expertise.
