The client builds autonomous maritime systems. TMV engaged at just 10 employees in fall 2024 to place three critical GTM roles: VP of Federal, first Business Development Rep, and first Mission Operations Lead.
Our Search
Three simultaneous searches leveraging TMV’s deep veteran network. Each hire brought firsthand military experience — understanding the customer as a former operator, not an outsider.
The Results
TMV placements built the sales pipeline supporting ~$100M in venture funding. Investors include In-Q-Tel (CIA), Lockheed Martin, and Hanwha. The company reached 100+ employees and acquired two companies.
Outcome
Closed $85M Series B at ~$500M valuation. Named SVDG Top 100 Defense Startup.
